As you’d expect Rhubarb features often; from the very first forced, pink stems of winter to the rhubarb we still grow. The restaurant’s menu showcases the best of Scottish ingredients and culinary flair, helpful sommeliers will introduce you to a cellar packed with a world of wonderful wines and our cocktails will hit the spot.
Whilst Rhubarb might be a culinary showcase, it’s not a museum! Despite the historic setting and centuries of heritage both classic and contemporary crafts are combined, creating elegant, flavorsome and memorable food.
